When originally listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, it covered an area was bounded by Woodrow, Jackson and Markham Sts. and N. Lookout Rd. In 1992 the boundaries were increased to an area roughly bounded by Evergreen, Harrison, Lee and Jackson Streets.
